45 year old female from Key Biscayne, Florida 2 years after transaxillary breast augmentation performed by Dr Sam Gershenbaum. She had smooth, round cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the muscle, 200cc moderate plus profile. The implants were placed using a transaxillary approach (incision in the arm pit) and there are no scars on the breast. She is extremely happy with her natural results.
